Key Responsibilities:

The Job

• Responsible for all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, commercial term negotiations, takeover and handover of premises, fitting-out works and ad hoc duties.
• Assist in implementing business development strategies, tenancy liaison, renewal negotiation & administration and marketing analysis compilation.
• Assist in conducting marketing research, analyzing data, compiling various reports and updating retail trend.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with landlords and related business partners.
• Monitor variances in various leasing control parameters such as income receivable, trends, price, competition and customer turnover.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

The Requirement

• Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in retail leasing preferably with major developers or large fashion retail chain store. (high-ended fashion industry is preferred)
• Knowledgeable in China real estate market and luxury fashion industry.
• Have good connections with property agencies and landlords in China and Hong Kong.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving skills, positive, can-do attitude.
• Detail-minded, multi-tasking and capable to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and dynamic with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Work in Shenzhen four days a week and one day in Hong Kong
