Job Description
The successful candidate will assist the Centre General Manager to provide quality estate management services for Lee Tung Avenue. They are responsible for liaising with tenants in all matters related to property management and supervise estate management teams on day-to-day operations, such as cleaning, security and maintenance of shopping mall.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 7 years of relevant experience
- Recognized professional qualifications such as MIH preferred
- Well-versed in Building Management Ordinances
- Strong in leadership and communication
- Solid experience of pre-management stage of new projects a definite advantage
