Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out property management activities and frontline management within the assigned shopping mall and office tower
- Supervise the cleaning, landscaping and/or security contractors according to the service contract
- Perform and manage the whole procurement exercise from the vendor to delivery
- Implement business strategies for achieving better operational efficiency
- Assist in implementation of shopping mall promotion activities and seasonal events
- Support ad hoc projects if required
Requirement
- Degree in Property Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management
- Able to work in diverse environments, self-motivated and mature
- Strongly committed to develop a career in property management of properties
- Good command of English and Chinese
