Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of operation staff to deliver quality service for the management portfolio
• Responsible for the overall management and operation of the development
• Build up and maintain good relationship with occupants, IO and OC
• Handle emergency incidents, enquiries or complaints from tenants/owners and provide constructive advice
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:  

• Degree or Diploma holder in Real Estate, Building Management or related disciplines
• Qualified Surveyor (GP) or holder of Diploma in Housing Management / MCIH or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 – 5 years at supervisory / managerial level in residential properties
• Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties and / or takeover of new development is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage)
• Mature, proactive and independent
• Willing to take initiative and meet challenges
