Trainee Program:

Our Trainee Program is tailor-made for high calibers to develop their career in property development and management. Our Program has been developed to offer you a wide-range of property management knowledge for getting success in our Group. Successful candidates will be provided a 14-month on-the-job training, management and professional training workshops, action learning projects and visiting of PRC property portfolios. Trainees will be trained and rotated amongst different sections in the Marketing and Management Department.

Job Summary:

Perform general property marketing, leasing and management duties.

Requirements:

• Graduated in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Building Services, Business Management or related disciplines
• Possess a genuine interest in developing a career in the property field
• Presentable, with high initiative, a good team player and willing to learn
• Familiar with Chinese Windows and MS Office
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
