Responsibilities:

• Daily routines concerning the management of properties under the company;
• Provide general clerical support to the department

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder with formal training in Property Management;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in shopping mall / commercial building management matters;
• Good PC knowledge;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage;
• Services oriented with good coordination and communication skill;
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
