Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the area manager in providing high-quality property management services
• Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
• Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 1 year working experience in property management or customer service preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, independent and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Administrative Officer.
