-          Degree in Marketing/Real Estate/Property Management/Surveying/Legal or related disciplines

-          With at least 3 years experience in Property Sales/Tenancy Management/Leasing in office, residential or retail sectors

-          Holder of EAA Estate Agency License (E-License)/Salesperson’s License (S-License)

-          Responsible for sales/leasing, tenants and client liaison using different marketing communication channels, including social media networking

-          Tenancy administration

-          Good knowledge of property sales/leasing and practice

-          Strong negotiation skills

-          Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

-          Good computer skills (including Excel, Chinese Word Processing)

-          Mature, initiative with sense of responsibilities

-          Able to work independently

-         Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Assistant
