Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Regional In-charge, this role will be the Site In-charge in leading a team of general & technical site staff to provide quality services in a landmark residential property
• Overseas daily operation management and ensure compliance of company policies and guidelines
• Manage & liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
• Prepare financial and relevant reports & projects for running management functions, and ensure it is in line with annual budgets
• Manage good relationship with clients & tenants, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
• Coordinate with Technical department to deliver property repair, maintenance & improvement services which meet company standards
• Manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
• Member of HKIS/RICS in the Property & Facility Management Division or Member of CIH/HKIH/HMRB, etc.
• At least 8 years relevant experiences in which 5 years should be at managerial level
• Mature, presentable, independent and excellent communication skills with residents, tenants and public
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred

Less experience candidate may be considered for the post of Assistant Property & Facility Manager.
