Responsibilities:

• Site-In-Charge of a commercial complex
• Supervise a team of staff to proceed with property management matters
• Formulate and execute strategic plans in respect of budget control, procurement and tendering
• Attend regular meetings and build up good relationship with IO/OC members
• Enforcement of BMO, DMC and other related regulations
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, holder of Cert/Dip/Degree in Housing Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
• Possess relevant professional qualification, MCIH, MHKIH
• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial building in which at least 2-3 years' in managerial level
• Well versed with BMO, DMC and related Ordinances
• Work independently and under pressure, good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Possess valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) with QAS certificate 
• 5½-day work week, alternate Saturday-off, Public Holidays, 14 days annual leave, discretionary bonus
• Immediate available is preferred
