Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of training programs related to skills/knowledge in areas of selling, customer experience and basic supervisory development for new recruits and existing staff in Sales & Marketing Channels of Consumer Group to achieve dynamic business targets.
• Support the program administration including class enrollment, record updating, reporting and related logistics to launch the training programs in a smooth and effective way. 
• Identify training needs of internal departments and follow up with line managers on trainees’ performance after training to ensure effective skills application.   
  
  

Requirements:

• Post secondary education, preferable with degree or higher diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
• 2 years’ relevant experience in training field, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Has strong interest in training and developing people, can communicate and work with different parties effectively
• A self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision, detail-minded and can work under pressure
• Good presentation skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office including Powerpoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
