Responsibilities

• Assist the Portfolio Manager in managing real estate fund
• Liaise with various internal departments to ensure a smooth and effective control on: 
• handle new lettings and renewal proposal, liaise and negotiate with agents / potential clients and tenants
• monitor tenancy documents such as agreement, license and update tenants' database
• monitor the out sourced contractor for property management works and makes necessary arrangement
• ensure the efficient recovery of any rental arrears which are due to the fund so as to minimize the loss
• execute asset enhancement projects to increase asset value
• Prepare periodic reports and analysis
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
• Job Knowledge in leasing, property management and asset enhancement project in real estate
• Minimum 4 years' experience working in real estate, preferable experience from a recognized real estate developer
• Experience in property management or retail leasing is definitely an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
