Job Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will handle the marketing and leasing matters of a mixed portfolio of OFFICE, RETAIL, RESIDENTIAL&INDUSTRIAL premises, liaise with real estate agents, analyze market trends and prepare leasing reports.
• Handle leasing & marketing activities including but not limited to market research, lease negotiation, tenancy search, tenancy administration and lease enquiries etc.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment
• Analyze market trends and data research and prepare regular leasing reports
• Assist informulating and implement development and expansion strategy
• Work closely with both internal / external parties but not limited to tenants on promotioncampaign
• Coordinate with other departments for design and fitting out related matters
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate / Surveying / Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in real estate industry
• Familiar with landlord / tenancy ordinance and leasing procedures
• Proactive, energetic and customer oriented
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player and able to work under pressure
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-minded and Prudent
