Job Description

Office One Property Consultants Ltd located in Tsim Sha Tsui is looking for the following positions:

Property Consultant (Commercial)

Responsibilities

To provide property information to clients
To introduce property listings to clients
To update customer database
To provide sales service to clients

Requirements

Form 7 or above
Holder of Property Agent License / Salesperson’s License preferable
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Have related experience in this field is an advantage
Independent, good communication skills and aggressive
Good interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
Good customer services skills and result oriented
Hands on PC skills including Microsoft and Excel etc
