Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager for overall building management related issues of properties within Company's portfolios
• Provide documentary support and report writing in relation to customer service, building management improvement projects
• Manage and coordinate the building related services to meet client's expectation
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
• Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

   

Requirements:

• Degree Holder / Higher Diploma in Property Management / Facility Management / Hotel Management
• Minimum 5 years or above working experience in commercial building / hotel management matters
• Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Multi-task and willing to work under pressure 
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good PC skills, e.g MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• More experience will be considered as Senior Building Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
