Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall QS services such as precontract documentation including bills of quantities and contract specifications; tendering procedures, post contract services including measurement of work, preparation of interim and final payment certificates
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Quantity Surveyor or similar academic courses
- Experience in planning and feasibility studies
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, energetic, quality oriented and have a sense of accountability
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- 5 years related experience
