• Secondary education or above with a minimum of 1 year working experience
• Possess good hospitality / customer service skill and willing to serve
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• PC skills required
• 5.5 working days
• Shift duty (9-hour shift from 07:30 to 16:30 or from 13:30 to 22:30 ) is required
• Holder of “Security Personnel Permit” & “QAS Certificate from SGSIA recognized training course” is preferable.
• Responsible for provide services to residents and dealing with complaints
