• Degree in Mechanical, Production, Project Management, or related engineering fields, or proven related accomplishment from the career history
• More than 10 years of relevant experience
• Five years or above in management level
• Strong leadership and organizational caliber to lead a team in product development functions
• Sound knowledge in material applications including but not limited to Polymer, Electronics, or Fabrics. 
• Good vendor management skill
• In-depth understanding on toys manufacturing process.
• Strong experience in product design and development
• Good Communication skill and good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
