Job Description
We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.
Key Responsibilities:
To carry out daily operations in the property including patrol; Handling customers' inquiry, complaints and emergency incidents; To maintain good relationship with occupants by rendering prompt service at all times.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 5 year's experience, preferrable in property management field
- Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill
- PC knowledge preferable
- Immediate available is preferred
- Working Hours: Fixed Day Shift (07:30-19:30)
- Work Location: Wan Chai
- Salary: Up to HK$16,000 (Subject to working experiences)

- 懂基本電腦操作優先
- 隨時可上班者優先考慮
- 上班時間: 固定早更 (07:30-19:30)
- 上班地點: 灣仔
- 薪金: 可達HK$16,000 (視乎經驗而定)
