Deputy Leasing Manager/ Senior Leasing Officer

Job duties:

• Plan and implement leasing and marketing strategy for the Group’s prestigious portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial properties in Hong Kong
• Handle leasing activities such as cold calling, business development, rental enquiries, rental negotiation, prepare and review rental documents, lease renewal and tenancy administration
• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing and potential tenants and property agents
• Assist management on ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree/ diploma holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or relevant fields

• 2- 5 years relevant experience in leasing, tenancy administration and real estate marketing

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Immediate availability preferred

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer/ Leasing Officer

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
