Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of cleaning service contracts and ensure all services follow rules & regulations
• Lead the cleaning team to ensure smooth operations and provide professional services to clients
• Monitor costs and expenditures within the budget plan
• Assist in tender preparation by providing cost estimates and workforce schedules
• Explore business opportunities for cleaning services 

 Job Requirements

• F.5 or above. Certificate in property management is preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in cleaning of which 2 years at supervisory level
• Mature, well organized, self-motivated with good communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure with problem-solving mindset
• Conversant with statutory and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Operations Manager (Cleaning Service)
