Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and conduct marching-in / marching-out of tenancy units
- Coordinate with tenants for fit-out proposal submissions
- Maintain accurate record for tenancy management
- Implement and review fitting out guidelines to cope with business needs
- Monitor activities during the fit-out & reinstatement works period
- Handling insurance and claims
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Facilities management, Property Management or related discipline with minimum 4 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Mature, pro-active, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fluency in Putonghua speaking is advantage
