Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and evaluate suitable new sites for store expansion and manage lease renewals of existing stores in both Hong Kong and Macau Markets
• Gather market intelligence through market and competitive analysis to compile leasing and rental reports and proposals
• Establish & streamline all leasing procedure, documentation and administration
• Oversee project management of store renovations including budget, schedule and workmanship
• Work closely with internal departments, landlords, government bodies and external contractors, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, or other related disciplines
• 6-8 years’ experience in leasing of retail industry;
• Strong network of Hong Kong major property developers and agents
• Pro-active, strong business sense and analytical mind, excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
