Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day property management services and administration support
• Lease negotiation and tenancy administration
• Repair and maintenance works coordination, takeover and handover of premises, complaints handling
• Attend meetings of Incorporated Owners
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Outdoor work is required

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• ONE year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Outgoing personality, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Immediately available is preferred
