Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong business relationships with customers and vendors for product development and production
• Ensure the products meet customers' quality and requirements
• Perform the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Analyse factory capability and order allocations
• Supervise the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superiors

Requirements:

• Poly / IVE graduated in Clothing or Textile Technology, or University graduate or equivalent
• At least 10 years relevant merchandising experience in handling high fashion woven garments, supervisory experience is essential
• Experience in US Market, preferably working in trading firm and manufacturer
• Solid experience in fabric sourcing, product development, costing, manufacturing and production
• Initiative, aggressive and willing to take challenges
• Dynamic and proactive, organized and quality conscious, good sense of integrity, independent with good communication skills
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Willing to travel occasionally
