Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily deal execution, including producing pitch books, teasers, investment memorandum, cash flow models, due diligence, etc.
• Collect market information and data, and generate market analysis and related studies
• Provide support on research, financial analysis, modelling, evaluation activities and business development
• Prepare proposals and reports, property particulars and marketing materials

 
Requirements

• Degree holder in real estate, economics, finance,  accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years' experience, preferably with investment institutions
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
• Initiative with strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Mandarin and English language skills (both verbal and written)
• Holder / candidate of professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA an advantage
