Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Head to oversee building management agency in delivering daily administration and operation of shopping mall
• Follow up and maintain good relationship with tenants, including fitting out control, handling of enquiries and complaints etc
• Assist in monitoring property maintenance, security and cleaning services
• Liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors
• Enforce DMC and Tenancy Agreement terms
• Provide operational and administration support to the team

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Property /Facility Management or related
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Property / Facility Management in shopping mall
• Experience on renovation project is an advantage
• Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances is preferable
• Services oriented with good coordination and communication skill
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
