• Assistant the management to plan, execute and manage customer service strategies to meet corporate objectives and meet tenants’ expectations in a premium commercial building
•  Assist in supervising the customer service team to carry out daily operations to meet the high quality service standard
• Formulate and update the Customer Service handling guidelines and Standard operation procedures to upgrade the service level
• Liaise with tenants and different line departments to formulate the follow-up actions for service enhancement
• To handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor, analyze and report customer service performance trends
• Assist in ad hoc events and activities assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Degree or above in Hospitality / Business / Property Management or related subjects
• At least 5 years’  hotel front desk / concierge / customer service experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory
• Experience gained from premium commercial properties will be an advantage but not a must
  
• Customer-oriented with creativity, strategic thinking and attention to details; enable to analyze the problem and find solutions
• A good team leader with proactive, self-motivated attitude who is willing to take new challenges
• Work independently with good coaching , communication and interpersonal skills ; capable of analyzing and presenting at board room level
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in computer skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
