Responsibilities:

• Participate in land acquisition (both public and private deals);
• Participate in land lease negotiations with Government, Agents and Other professionals;
• Work proactively in seeking JV partners in land acquisition and rental projects;
• Manage the bid process for JV and estate regeneration submissions, working with pre-con, production, technical and bid teams;
• Manage the technical, legal, sales and planning due diligence associated with land acquisitions / bids;
• Co-ordinate and liaise with the Internal Departments and consult with external Consultants about the design and lease submissions;
• Participate in meetings related to the project;
• Resolve lease issues and problems that arise during the project cycle;

Requirements:

• Candidates with a reliable and creative nature with an excellent social networking;
• Proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to lead and drive projects to acquisition / award of contract;
• Solid relationship with major Hong Kong local Developers is pre-requisite;
• Sound connection with Lands Department officers and Town Planning Board members;
• Degree qualification in Property, Real Estate or related discipline with a HKIS Member preferably in General Practice Division;
• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in real estate development and land matters;
• Experienced in handling small and large-scale residential / mixed-use projects in HK;
• Knowledgeable of land issues, regulations and ordinances;
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Fluency in both English and Chinese;
• Willing to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight schedule;
• Able to work independently, strong organization and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;

Candidates with more experience will be considered as a more senior position.
