Job Responsibilities:

Assisting Property Manager in handling all property management related duties, complaints and enquiries of the customer, repair and maintenance conditions of the properties, supervising the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors, attend regular meetings with I.O.

• Post-secondary or above
• Holder of certificate/diploma in property management or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 5 year experience in property management
• Able to work independently and inter-personally with minimum supervision
• Good command in preparing property management correspondence
• Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is an advantage
• Candidate with less qualifications will consider for Property Officer
