• Diploma/Degree Holder with at least 3 year customer services experience in property management / hotel management;
• ​Highly customer-focused approach, with the drive to provide the highest level of client service;
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;
• Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable;
