• Head of Finance for a fast growing and leading technology company

• Stock Options Available

The client is a fast growing creative technology company and a global leader in its industry. Due to their continuous expansion, they are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Regional Financial Director to join their professional team to support their IPO plan in Hong Kong / US.

Responsibilities:  

• Report directly to the CEO
• Manage finance related activities both internally and externally for the company
• Lead the Group during the IPO process in Hong Kong and the post-listing activities
• Responsible for providing business advices and support to top management for business planning, expansion, strategic decision, budget forecasting and allocation, taxation, corporate governance etc.
• Liaise with external parties including HKEx, lawyers, investment banks as well as auditors.
• Organize roadshows and handling enquiries from analysts and potential investors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Qualified accountant preferably with relevant regional working experience
• At least 12 years of professional experience (both Big 4 Audit Firms and Commercials)
• Proven track record in successful IPO projects in Hong Kong Stock Exchange OR New York Stock Exchange.
• Knowledge of USA/Europe accounting standard an advantage
• Hands on experience and knowledge in listing rules and corporate governance
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
• Station in Shenzhen
