KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute online promotion campaigns to engage existing and acquire new followers, as well as to drive the sales of direct channel
• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets and ensure content team is on board
• Formulate strategic digital marketing approach and optimize advertising campaigns
• Maintain and grow existing social networks, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and others
• Highly involve in customer servicing, social media marketing and account servicing management
• Research new media platforms, trends, analysis and industry opportunities 
• Establish good relationship & follow-up with key accounts in all issues
• Work closely with creative team and client servicing team to ensure delivery of quality work to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate in Marketing, New Media, digital marketing or related discipline
• 3-4 year solid experience in social media marketing, developing content and managing social media campaigns
• Well versed in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good presentation, communication, negotiation and computer skills (must be proficient in MSOffice)
• Must possess knowledge on popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and popular forums
• Familiar with web and social analytics tools
• Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive, highly motivated, responsible and a good team leader
• Good communication, project management and presentation skills
• Pleasant, Independent and willing to work overtime
• Willing to work under high pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
