• Attend to clients inquiries via phone or face to face meeting
• Identify existing clients needs and development under IT in education
• Provide effective solutions to clients in professional manner
• Collect clients feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential clients
• Assist in promotion and marketing activities

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in customer service or account servicing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Patient, willing to teamwork and good time management skill
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
