Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Response to customer enquiries and provide solutions;
- Troubleshooting on the application system and software;
- Assist with the project management.
- Responsible for systems analysis and design occasionally
- User enquiries are replied in a timely manner through the team's support
- Coordinate with users on testing and production support
What We Are Expecting from You:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
- Minimum 3 years experience IT related experience
- Solid experience in web/application development
- Experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, React Native, MongoDB, JAVA is highly preferred
- Previous experience in vendor management
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
