Responsibilities:

Responsible for the franchise and distributing business across South East Asia countries

Build up trust and maintain friendly relationship with franchisees and distributors

Implement strategic plans to achieve budgeted net sales and profit targets for all franchisees and distributors

Conduct regular market visits and meetings with franchisees and distributors to review the business performance and provide supports

Consolidate and analyse business data, prepare reports and business updates on all franchisees and distributors performing against budget and plan

Facilitate seasonal trade shows and sell-ins to ensure all sell-ins are executed correctly and achieve the business targets

Ensure all franchisees and distributors product needs are met and support stores to ensure targets are being achieved

Develop new business partners to be the franchisee and distributor

Requirements:

Bachelor in Business Administration or related disciplines

5 years apparel wholesale business experience for South East Asia market

Ideal candidate has similar working experience from fast fashion retailer

Excellent at client servicing, good presentation and communication skills

Travel to Asia countries on regular basis is required for this position
