About the Company

Our client is a luxurious jewellery MNC retailer with direct operated stores across all tier 1 and tier 2 shopping malls in Hong Kong. To cope with their ambitious business expansion plans, they are in search for a Retail Director with strong luxury service mindset to manage the daily retail sales & operation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President, you will be directly managing x1 Retail Operations Manager and 10+ independent and seasoned Boutique Managers. You will focus on driving sales and further improving the customer service level of the front-line sales team. This is a role that requires strategic sales & operation planning skills along with a hands-on working retail attitude and a perceptible leadership style.

Requirements

• Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational luxury beauty label
• Minimal of 15 years of retail working experience wth at least 8 years at a managerial level
• Experienced in multi-store management in Hong Kong is a must (Macau market knowledge will be an advantage)
• Strong understanding on luxury service and customer engagement
• Result oriented, self-motivated and independent with proven problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
