Job Duties

Reporting to the Retail Manager, your duties include but are not limited to:

• Active participation in the Sales and Operational execution process, including implementing, at store level, the sales and marketing plan
• Assist to recruit, select, orient and train the store staff
  
• Assist to coach and monitor the store staff to improve job result
• Assist in budget planning and to achieve the financial objectives, montior and control the advertising and promotional expenditure
• Implement and ensure compliance with the Company's operational policies and procedures
  
• Work with our internal field force or external store staff to ensure enough inventories
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in cosmetics retail / FMCG industry, supervisory experience in retail chain stores operation is an asset
  
• Strong business acumen and effective problem solving skill
• Aggressive, result-oriented, good interpersonal and people management skill
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
