Responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling full set of air export document, daily,weekly and monthly client’s report, Southern China pick up and coordinate with several parties (vendors, local buying office and overseas offices) for shipment arrangement
• Handle customer inquires, service request & resolve complaints
• Back-up teammates if required

Requirement :

• Form 7 graduate
• At least 3 years’ of Air Forwarder experience
• Familiar with US market
• Good commend of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office, Word & Excel
• Self-motivated, responsible and hard working
• Good telephone manner
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Immediate available is preferable
