Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Roll out brand’s enhancement program for stores, and ensure practices are performed according to guidelines
- Work closely with various departments to achieve business objectives and performance including Merchandising, Marketing, and more
- Oversee daily operation of the stores and solve unresolved operational issues
- Uphold excellent standards and consistency of customer service
- Implement and support all security measures
- SOP material management and implementation
- Assist in CRM, and its analysis to further enhance business
- Assist in KPI setting, and allocate duties and responsibilities for store staff
- Motivate, drive, and coordinate retail teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably from fashion brands
- Good understanding of retail operational details and management
- Experienced store manager with excellent track record is welcomed
- Attention to details with good analytical skills and is numerically sensitive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
