Job Description
Our client is one of the top kitchen design companies in HK. It offers services from interior kitchen design, project consultation and contracting, to equipment supply, installation and maintenance. Its clients include well-known F&B outlets such as Lady M, Mandarin Oriental, Hawker 18, etc. It currently looks for a sales talent to support the business growth:
Duties:
- Follow up sales inquiries / sales leads
- Prepare quotations / sales doc / project costing / invoice and delivery documents
- Internal coordination between Sales and Project Teams
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
- Keep track of sales orders and follow up delivery with suppliers
- Handle phone enquiries, data entry and document filing
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- 1 year of relevant working experience is preferable
- Immediately available is preferable
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
