Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling daily coordination and inquiries with clients regarding printing and production matters
- Communicate with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner
Requirements
- F.7 or above
- 2 year customer services working experience, especially in finance industry or printing house is an advantage
- Experience in financial printing will be considered as Senior Customer Services Executive
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong ability to deal with pressure, tight deadlines and multi-task, while working effectively with the team
- Shift duty is required
