Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will provide full range of customer service and sales support for our Merchants especially on the concerns of how to use the Loyalty Program from Merchant perspective. Provide direct and problem solving solutions to Merchants to enhance professional business experience. You will support enquires in areas of product, process and knowledge (include but not limited to technical problem solving, payment processing, inbound calls, support in customer presentations and trainings) as well as support marketing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking inbound calls and webchat activities
  • Handle client requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure completion in a professional manner
  • Provide prompt response for incoming emails
  • Order processing
  • Actively maintain client information up-to-date
  • Responsible for all communications and compliance on merchant deliverables and revenue.
  • Maintain good business relationship and on-going communication with SME partners.
  • Present the opportunity and value of Cashback Solutions products and services to prospective merchants.
  • Action on suspicious sales (flagged by our system) – outbound turnover check
  • Maintain a healthy account receivable balance for the company regarding outstanding merchant’s invoices.
  • Provide support in administration duties
  • Any ad-hoc projects that could be assigned

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

  1. Degree holder with a min 2 year experience in B2B / corporate sales
  2. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, preferably Mandarin as well)  
  3. Responsible, aggressive, presentable and good problem-solving skills
  4. Presentable with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fast learner, attention to details, prioritize work
  6. Experience in order processing
  7. Well skilled in computer applications and proficient in MS and Chinese Word Processing.

DESIRABLE

  1. Able to work under pressure
  2. High on business acumen
  3. A good team player and ready to accept new challenge
  4. Entrepreneur mind set
  5. Previous experience in retail / hospitality
  6. Immediately available is highly preferred
