Job Description

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers by email, phone or face-to-face meeting regarding certification/project related activities
Perform project coordination work and daily operations
Prepare and sign contract for renewal client.
Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
At least 2-3 years’ customer services experience, preferably in Certification industry
Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Hardworking, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work independently
Well-organized and a good team player
Good presentation and communication skills
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
