Job Description
Our client is a a leading luxury fashion brand. They are looking for an experienced Client Engagement Manager to cope with their expansion. Job details as below:
Job Duties:
- Work closely with Store Manager and CRM team to achieve store CRM KPI
- Plan and drive CRM strategy
- Propose, plan, implement and evaluate the customer loyalty program and customer engagement activities at stores levels
- Understand the VIP profiles, spending pattern and propose action plan
- Prepare and analyze CRM reports regarding conversion rate, customer retention rate etc.
- Provide training and provide constructive feedback to store staff to strengthen their CRM concept and skills
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail
- Relevant experiences in luxury brand
- Strong knowledge and experience of CRM Concepts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sensitive to data
- Work independently
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Client Engagement Manager
