Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assistant of Toiletry & Cosmetic Items and Gift Set export business;

• Facilities in merchandising flow from development to bulk production;

• Handle the related issues with buyers, factories and management independently;

• To responsible on problem solving and negotiation skills on costing techniques;

• In-line with company critical path, design, technical & quality standards;

• Liaison with buyer and coordination with production factories for timely delivery of shipment;

• Expand the customer network and generate repeat business from customers.

• To support the administrative work for sales team such as PI & PO issue

• Prepare performance review reports;

• Achieve annual sales target, develop and to meet the sales goals.

   

  Requirements:

• Form 7 or above

• At least 1 year related experience of Gift & packaging

• OEM experience in Bath, Toiletry and Cosmetic category

• Strong mathematical, analytical & problem solving skills and negotiation skills: Smart, intelligent, goal orientated, and driven by Integrity.

• Export experience preferred, US and UK Market in an advantage

• Responsible for all PO Management and warehouse related activities.

• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Outlook etc.

• Knowledge in Retail link is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin, additional languages would be an asset.

• Aggressive, Self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure & overtime when necessary

• Willing to travel and travel to China occasionally

   

  Candidates withLess Experience or Fresh Graduation will be considered as Sales Clerk
