Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage the business performance of assigned key accounts and distributors;
Formulate/ implement the promotion plan and monitor its activities to achieve the sales target;
Grow new business from the accounts
Compile various reports on sales performance, promotion evaluation and business review for identifying sales related issues and business opportunities;
Develop and maintain positive, strong relationships with new, existing and targeted clients
Manage the team

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree education;
4 years’ sales experience. At least 1 year’s key account experience
Ability to work independently and react quickly to customers’ change of requirements
Excellent communication skill
Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint;
Strong analytical/ negotiation/ reporting skills and can work under pressure.

The retail business mainly includes services such as tyre change and repair, battery and lubricants replacement.
