Job Description

Duties:

  • Provide written reply to customer enquiries and cases raised via email/in writing
  • Follow-up customer cases to ensure cases are settled with proper and satisfactory closure

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Good written English & Chinese
  • Good computer skills including Chinese Word Processing
  • Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required (9:00-18:30 / 12:00 – 21:30, Mondays to Saturdays)
  • At least 2 days / week

 

Working Location: Kwun Tong
