Job Description
Duties:

Provide written reply to customer enquiries and cases raised via email/in writing

Follow-up customer cases to ensure cases are settled with proper and satisfactory closure
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above

Good written English & Chinese
-
Good computer skills including Chinese Word Processing

Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure

Shift duty is required (9:00-18:30 / 12:00 – 21:30, Mondays to Saturdays)

At least 2 days / week
Working Location: Kwun Tong
