The Store/ Logistics Graduate Trainee Program is a 18-month comprehensive program including classroom training, on-job attachment and case studies related project management within the store/ logistics operations. The objectives of the program are to provide learning opportunities for young talents to develop skills and professional expertise in retail industry, and to gain real life store/ logistics operations and managerial experience for further career development. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will have the chance to be offered store/ logistics management level or equivalent positions within the Group. Moreover, further career advancement and development opportunities in other key departments such as supermarket operations, marketing and merchandising will be available for candidates with outstanding performance. 

超市/物流培訓生將會參加一個為期18個月的培訓計劃，當中包括圍繞超市/物流營運的課堂培訓、崗位實習及小組課題。通過崗位實習，讓學員加強對超市/物流營運及管理的專業知識及技巧，為未來在零售業發展做好準備。完成課程后，表現出色的培訓生可晉升為店鋪/物流管理層。此外，也可以進一步發展至其他部門，如超市營運部、市場部或商品部等。

Requirements入職要求：

• F6 or above with less than one-year working experience, and fresh graduate from IVE college are preferred
• Passionate in retail industry
• Strong commercial sense and willing to learn
• Proactive and result oriented, with the ability to take up challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic retail business enviorment
• 中六或以上程度且少於1年工作經驗，應屆IVE學生優先考慮；
• 對零售業充滿熱誠；
• 具有良好的市場觸角及願意持續進修；
• 性格主動積極，以結果未導向，勇於接受挑戰，並能適應快速的工作節奏及靈活的零售商業環境
