We are now seeking a potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities:

職 責  Responsibilities

• 專業解答客人對產品之查詢
  Handle customers' enquiries in a professional manner
  
• 為客人提供優質的服務
  Sustain the quality of customer service
  
• 協助店內營業同事完成銷售工作
  Assist in store operational tasks and administration duties
• 為客人查存貨、訂貨，及到其他分店取貨或轉貨
  Support daily sales activities to meet clients’ expectations and requirements
• 協助跟進維修服務事宜
  Assist and follow up the repair services.

職 位 要 求  Requirements

• 具零售/其他客戶服務行業經驗均可
  With retail or other customer services experience will also be considered
  
• 中五程度或以上，歡迎應屆中學文憑試畢業生
  Form 5 or above, fresh graduates will also be considered
  
• 能操流利普通話及英語
  Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  
• 對珠寶鐘錶產品有濃厚興趣
  Strong interest in jewellery and watch products
  
• 勤奮、有上進心及責任感
  Hard working and responsible
• 積極主動、待客熱誠有禮
  Self-motivated and execute good customer services
  
• 具團隊精神及良好溝通技巧
  Good team-player and communication skill
